GIFzillah - optimized for the iPhone 5 & above. GIFzillah is a GIF maker & an Art App. It allows you to create unique GIF animations from still images by animating the image pixels with various effects using your finger as a paintbrush. It’s easy to use! Import a photo from your album or take a picture from within the app. Select an Effect from the picker and starting “painting!” When your GIF animation is complete, share it with your friends.

You can also use GIFzillah to create interesting effects without the animation. Again, use your finger as a paintbrush using the available effects and then “Save” the screenshot to your Photo Album. It’s that easy!
